Responding to the ruthless act of Islamists beheading a Udaipur man, actress Kangana Ranaut on Tuesday voiced her shock over the murder.
Taking to Instagram, Kangana Ranaut joined several celebrities who condemned the horrific incident. In her first Instagram story, the Bollywood star shared a photograph of Kanhaiya Lal, the victim, and wrote:
“This man was beheaded in Udaipur today for supporting Nupur Sharma and jihadis made a video of th beheading… They forcefully entered his shop and chanted slogans of sar tan se juda… all this in the name of God.”
“They beheaded Kanhaiya in Udaipur in the name of God… and then posed like this. Also made several videos… I don’t have courage to see those videos. I am numb,” added Kangana in the second post along with a photograph of the accused.
The incident has sent shockwaves across the country and has triggered communal tension in the Rajasthan city, part of which was placed under curfew.
