Social media beauty trends popularise the use of these app filters. Really Is there any need for that?. Accept your skin colour, physical appearance ,hair etc as the way you are.
Learning to love yourself reduces procrastination. It reduces stress and makes you more focused. So do the things that fuel your energy, whether it is a spa or zip a coffee with your bestie. Always stay away from toxic people who degrade you and who want to take away your happiness. People who nourish themselves daily through proper diet, sleep,exercise, and healthy relationships have higher feelings of self love. If you have had a hectic week,take the weekend off. Give yourself some “Me Time”. Love yourself as much as you love your family and friends. Self-love is the key to happiness and a happy person can achieve success in every aspect of life.
