Magic! Isn’t it?
While practising Yoga Nidra, we are in a relaxed state. When our body is in a relaxed state, response/acceptance is better. During Yoga Nidra, a person is neither in deep sleep nor in a completely awake state, so whatever thoughts enter the mind are powerful and stay there.
Diseases like diabetes, hypertension, migraine, asthma, ulcers, digestive disorders, skin diseases, etc. are due to the tension/stress in the mind and body. Psychological problems in a person that occur due to his family, office or social life leads to chaos and disordered life. These problems can be cured by Yoga Nidra. It relaxes the body physically, mentally and emotionally. It reduces stress and restores health.
During Yoga Nidra, if one sleeps, then also at a deeper level, he/she is in a conscious state and following all the instructions.
A person having bad habits such as biting nails, scratching head, stroking chin, tapping feet, talking compulsively, irritation, chain smoker, etc. arise due to stress/tensions, can be improved. Attitudes of the person can be changed. It also enhances concentration and cures anxiety.
Yoga Nidra is an effective and efficient form of psychic. It gives rest to the physical body and rejuvenates it. It is far better than conventional sleep. In conventional sleep, a person who is tired and goes to the bed to relax and sleep. Actually, he/she is never in a relaxed state, always in tension/stress.
