RSS Akhil Bharatiya Karyakari member and former Sarkaryavah Sri Suresh
alias Bhayyaji Joshi inaugurated the Kerala state Karyalaya of
Bharatiya Abhibhashaka Parishad, the Kerala chapter of Akhil Bharatiya
Adhivakta Parishad, at Kochi on November 28, 2021.
Bhayyaji said that lawyers should be duty bound to pass on the
benefits of law to the ordinary people. Thousands of cases are piled
up in the court including Sabarimala case which is linked with faith,
traditions and rituals. Lawyers should take initiative to consider
cases without inordinate delay. Courts are for the betterment of the
society. Lawyers should be able to uphold the interests of the people
of all walks of life. Court languages should be people friendly. Local
languages should be given preference. People who live in the field of
jurisprudence should be sympathetic towards the ordinary people.
Ordinary people should get access to the realm of law. The Parishad
has accomplished the role of leadership when several crises came up on
national level.
Bhayyaji added that thousands of innocent people are in jail
throughout the country. No one comes forward to assist them. Lawyers
should find out the deserving ones among them and assist them. Lawyers
should extend legal help to the people belonging to weak and backward
classes.
National secretary of Parishad Adv. R. Rajendran told on the occasion
that the aim of his organisation is to mould nationalist and
value-based legal fraternity.
