As cruelty towards Ahamaddiyya society in Pakistan continues, religious fundamentalists are demolishing even graves in the country, say reports. As many as 45 graves of the Ahmadiyya community were desecrated in Pakistan’s Punjab province.

The attackers destroyed 45 Ahmadiyya graves in Pakistan’s Punjab province. Azaz Syed, a Pakistani journalist, also accused the government of continuing its atrocities against Ahmadis in a tacit manner. Hatred against Ahmadis is reported to be rampant in Pakistan.

In 2020, the Ahmadiyya community staged a number of protests internationally exposing the violence in Pakistan. The London-based All Party Parliamentary Group presented the Ahmadiyya issue in a very emotional way that attracted the attention of the entire world.

Anti-Ahmadi sentiment is growing in schools in Pakistan, even among young children. They also cited evidence that the curriculum even included portrayals of Ahmadis as enemies. Pakistan’s Department of Culture has also banned the publication of Ahmadi literature or other publications.
