I’m blessed with you
Beloved Mother
On this whole world
There is no other
As precious as you
Besides my Father
When I was born
After the marked sunrise
Two Sapphires sparkled
Like sky your blue eyes
Lucent to brighten my life
Loving and wise
You held my hand
By storm and shine
You watched my steps
To keep in line
You guarded my heart
Like a tender vine
When I needed support
You were always there
When my courage failed
You had a word to share
To console and cheer
When life was hard to bear
Till this day you are strong
Your face with love aglow
Honour and gratitude
Through my veins a flow
Divine inspiration you are
Like a candle in the snow
