In Himachal Pradesh ,the state government has launched an online portal covid19epass.hp.gov.in/ for people stranded outside and inside the state and has no means of conveyance.The data compiled under this portal will be used to devise a comprehensive plan to ensure interstate movement of stranded people.
The state government has also appointed two senior nodal officers for coordinating movement of the migrant workers, pilgrims, tourists, students and other persons both within and outside the state. AIR correspondent reports in order to ensure the smooth movement of stranded people within and outside the state the Himacahal government has launched online portal covid19epass.hp.gov.in/ for the registration.The collected and compiled data under this portal shall be used to devise a comprehensive plan for the movement of stranded people.
The portal will register the individuals of Himachal who do not have any mode of conveyance and have been stranded in other states and likewise people of different states who have been stranded at various parts of Himachal Pradesh due to the curfew will be registered under this online portal.
Meanwhile , after the permission granted by the Union Ministry of Home affairs for the Movement of stranded people, the state government has appointed two senior rank nodal officers to ensure smooth and orderly departure of the people between Himachal Pradesh and other states and union territories.
