Easy way to do Ganapati Havan at home: Do it daily and fill your home with positive energy

Doing Ganapati Homam (Havan) daily at home may be difficult in modern times where people are in a rat race. One needs a priest and elaborate arrangements and paraphernalia for doing the ritual.

But there is an easy way and it could be done at home even by women. After taking bath, go to kitchen and light the lamp. Ghee of desi cow or til ka tel (nallai enna) is the most preferred oil for the lamp. Light the choolah or stove: Grate or cut a small piece of coconut and offer it to the fire three times.

Pray to Ganesh by reciting

Vakratunda mahakaya, Soorya kodi sama prabha

Nirvikgnam Kuru me deva, Sarva karyeshu sarvada

Do it daily. You will find positivity spreading all over your house. This havan can be done by all without much paraphernalia or priest.

Besides the positive impact on our mind, vapors from Desi ghee or til ka tel when burned is good for eyes.
