Israeli Defense Minister Naftali Bennett said: “Whenever anyone attacks us, we will hit them back. Jewish blood isn’t cheap.”
Should India adopt Israeli method of dealing with terrorist attacks? Well, the opinion will be sharply divided, as there exists a large section of phoney liberals and Islamist apologists who believe only terrorists have human rights not terror victims.
In a bid to drive home the message that ‘Jewish blood isn’t cheap’, Israel’s IDF forces destroyed the house of Qassem Shibli, one of the three terrorists who took part in the killing of Jewish teenager Rina Shnerb, 17 on May 10, World Israel News reported.
Commenting on the move, Israeli Defense Minister Naftali Bennett said: “Whenever anyone attacks us, we will hit them back. Jewish blood isn’t cheap.” Shnerb was killed on August 23, 2019 at Dani Spring near the settlement of Dolev. Her father and brother, Eitan and Dvir, were injured in the blast.
A group of Arabs attacked the demolition squad. However, the soldiers managed to disperse the crowd, allowing the demolition of the terrorist’s home to take place. The decision to demolish the house was taken in November. However, the family of the terrorist appealed the decision in the Supreme Court which upheld the government’s decision.
The terrorists belonged to Popular Front of the Liberation of Palestine. The houses of all terrorists have been razed to the ground.
“The demolition of [terrorists’] homes is an important deterrent against terrorists. It shows anyone who plans to attack us that they should think twice. We will continue to extract a high price from anyone who raises their hand against an Israeli citizen. Tonight, we settled the score with the disgusting terrorist who took part in the murder of Rina Shnerb,” Bennett said.
Shibli, 25, belonged to the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine. He provided the explosives and assisted in the assembly of the remotely detonated bomb that killed Shnerb. Samer Mina Salim Arbid, 44, and Yazen Hassin Hassni Mjames, 25, also took part in the attack. Houses of the accomplices also were demolished.
