Ingredients
- 100 gms fresh strawberries
- 1 tbsp honey
- 150 gms low-fat yoghurt
- 50 gms watermelon, chopped
- For the topping:
1/4 cup chia seeds
Preparation
- Blend all the smoothie ingredients in a blender.
- Pour the blended smoothie into a glass.
- Top with chia seeds. Mix the chia seeds with the smoothie before consuming.
