In Somalia, the death toll due to a truck bomb explosion in capital city Mogadishu has risen to 90. It was the worst attack in Mogadishu in more than two years.
Somali President Mohamed Farmaajo called for the national unity and stressed the need for timely assistance to survivors following the deadly terror attack.
No terror group has yet taken the responsibility for the blast. The al-Qaida-linked al-Shabaab group often carries out such attacks.
