National carrier Air India’s headquarters in Delhi has been sealed for two days after a peon tested positive for the coronavirus on Monday. The sanitisation process will be conducted in the building.
“Airlines House has been sealed for Tuesday and Wednesday,” an official was quoted as saying by news agency PTI.
All employees, including the Chairman and Managing Director, will, therefore, work from home for a few days. The peon is currently under home-quarantine.
Meanwhile, five AI pilots who were tested positive in Mumbai have now tested negative for the infection in the second test.
