The Supreme Court on Wednesday (April 24) directed CBI director, Delhi Police Commissioner and Intelligence Bureau chief to come to the court for consultations in connection with the allegations that a conspiracy was hatched to trap the Chief Justice of India in a sexual harassment case.
According to media reports a bench of Justices Arun Mishra, RF Nariman and Deepak Gupta asked the officials to come to the chamber at 12.30 pm.
Advocate Utsav Bains had alleged that there was a big conspiracy to frame the Chief Justice in sexual harassment case by a corporate person and fixers. He sought a probe into the episode. He had submitted evidence and material in a sealed envelope to the court.
