In Uttar Pradesh, Congress party today expelled its 10 senior leaders for 6 years on disciplinary ground.
Those expelled are former MP Santosh Singh, former ministers in state government Satyadev Tripathi and Ramkrishan Dwivedi, former MLAs Bhudhar Narayan Mishra, Vinod Chaudhary, Nekchand Pandey and MLC Siraj Mehdi.
Others are Rajendra Singh Solanki, Swayam Prakash Goshwami and Sanjeev Singh. These leaders are accused of opposing the decisions of the party leadership at public forums and tarnishing the image of the party.
