In Uttar Pradesh , the government has issued guidelines for Unlock 1.0 in state. Briefing media at Lucknow today Additional Chief Secretary Home, Awanish Awasthi said that according to guidelines issued by the centre, religious places, hotels, restaurants and shopping malls, will be opened from 8th June.
The government has already started industries, economic and financial activities in state.
Containment zones will remain under lockdown.The mass gathering for religious, spiritual, wedding and other purposes will not be allowed. All activities will be carried out with social distancing and people have to use face covers or face masks.
Following Union guidelines international flights, Metro rail, cinema halls, gyms and swimming pools, amusement parks, assembly halls and bars will remain closed in the State. Night curfew from 9 PM to 5 AM will continue.
All offices will work with 100 per cent attendance of employees but the work will be in three shifts to avoid crowd. All industrial activities out of containment zones have been permitted to run in the State.
The shops will open from 9 AM to 9 PM with social distancing. Sweet shops will open but people will not be allowed to eat at shops. Marriage homes will also open with permission but only 30 people will be permitted to attend. No body will be allowed in marriage party with arms.
Barber shops, saloon and beauty parlours will be permitted but it have to strictly follow hygiene guidelines. Taxi, Auto rickshaw and cabs will also be permitted with limited number of passengers. Roadways buses will also run on roads with permissible number of passengers.
Parks will be opened morning and evening hours during schedule timing. The stadium and sports places will be allowed without spectators. The people will not be needing E passes to travel. The decision of opening of school and colleges will be taken in July after Union guidance.
Mr Awasthi said that people of above the age of 65 years, children below 10 years, pregnant women and people suffering from co morbidity have been advised to remain inside homes.
