UP administration demolishes house of gangster Vikas Dubey accused in killing of 8 policemen

The Kanpur district administration on Saturday demolished the house of accused Vikas Dubey who was involved in the killing of eight policemen including a DSP during an encounter on Thursday night.

The main accused gangster Vikas Dubey is absconding since the encounter took place. One of the police officers Vinay Tiwari has been suspended for leaking information of raid to Vikas Dubey.

Eight police personnel including Deputy Superintendant of Police Devendra Mishra lost their lives after criminals opened fire at them in the early hours of Friday. The incident took place when a team of police had gone to raid history-sheeter Vikas Dubey’s house.

Dubey is currently facing over 60 criminal cases against him.
