1. Shavasana

Before starting other yoga poses you should calm your mind and relax your body for few minutes then it is good to start. Kids will love this because Shavasana is very easy. It is one of the easy yoga poses for kids. Just sleep and breathe deeply without moving your hands and legs. So simple.

2. Ananda Balasana (Happy Baby Pose)

Now let’s start with the happy baby pose. It is one of the best yoga exercises for kids which is easy to practice for the beginners.

  1. Lie flat on your back.
  2. Just raise your legs and hold your feet with both the hand as shown in above image.
  3. After a few seconds release your pose and come back to the starting position.

3. Uttanasana (Forward Bend Pose)

Stand straight and slowly bend forward.
