Fitness expert Vipin Kumar reveals the three essential exercises that can burn belly fat from the comfort of your home. The moves are designed to raise your heart rate, helping to torch calories and blast fat.
Unlike other workouts, you can do them from the comfort of your own home. Doing just 15 minutes of the exercise two times a week can spark huge changes to your body.
Women who are multi taskers don’t get time to work out as they are managing home-office –family. In this whole process, they are gaining a lot of fat around their stomach area due to sitting in office for long hours.
So which exercises should you be doing to shape up?
UPPER CRUNCHES
To perform Upper Body Crunches:
- Lie on your back on a padded or comfortable surface.
- With knees bent on the floor, and hands loosely placed behind your head, tuck your chin in toward your chest.
- Exhale as you bring your rib cage toward your pelvis.
- Inhale, and return to lying down starting position.
Try not to cave your chin in, instead keeping your head lifted throughout the exercise.
SIDE LEG RAISE – Side leg raises help women to get rid of cellulite and burn fat around your tummy. Besides, doing this exercise does not require special equipment – you can perform it at anytime and anywhere. This exercise is absolutely harmless.
How To Do Side Leg Raises
- The initial position: Lie down with your legs feet
- Lift your right leg to the side about 45 degrees and then lower it back, repeat the same movement with the other leg;

LOWER ABS WORKOUT
