Hanan, a native of Thrissur in Kerala, sells fish for a living. A daughter of estranged parents, the third year BSc Chemistry student used to do different jobs, including taking private tuitions, for a living.
At present, Hanan is putting up in Ernakulam along with her sibling brother. Every day she gets up at 3 am and revises her lessons for an hour. After that she pedals to nearby fish market to procure the stock, which she keeps at a place. Then she gets ready and goes to college which is about 60 km away. In the evening, after coming from college she goes straight to the market and sells fish. She also supports her brother who is a Plus-2 student.
Hanan is a highly talented girl. She is a dubbing artist, a poet and a good anchor. She had worked as a call centre employee for a year. But she had to abandon the job because of hearing problem. She had to undergo a surgery.
