The Kerala government on Thursday informed the High Court that deal with Sprinklr has been dropped. In the affidavit submitted by the government, it said that further analysis of COVID data will be handled by the Centre for Development of Imaging Technology (C-DIT).
The government also informed the High Court that it has directed Sprinklr to destroy all the datas collected so far.
The government also informed the High Court that there will only be a software update agreement with Sprinklr. All data in the meanwhile has been safely transferred to C-DIT’s server.
The Sprinklr deal by the government had sparked controversy amid COVID-19 pandemic.
