Recalcitrant mullahs issues veiled threat ahead of Bhumi Pujan; AIMPLB tells Muslims ‘no need to be heartbroken’

Ahead of Bhumi Pujan ceremony for the construction of a grand temple of Lord Ram in Ayodhya, the All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB) on August 4 issued a veiled threat by invoking Hagia Sofia which was recently converted to a mosque in Turkey.

In a tweet, the AIMPLB said: “#BabriMasjid was and will always be a Masjid. #HagiaSophia is a great example for us. Usurpation of the land by an unjust, oppressive, shameful and majority appeasing judgment can’t change it’s status. No need to be heartbroken. Situations don’t last forever.”

The tweet betrays the deep-rooted malevolence of the radical mullahs who have no qualms to cast aspersions on the Supreme Court’s unanimous verdict. Coming down heavily on its historic judgement, the AIMPLB said, “Illegal expropriation does not change the reality. Supreme Court has given its verdict but has embarrassed justice.”

AIMPLB has gone on to assert that the top court was “extremely unjust” to have handed over the land of the “masjid” for the building of the grand temple.

It also went on to say that, “No need to be heartbroken. Situations don’t last forever.”
