Days and hours gradually slither. Brooks and breeze blissfully glide. Trees and plants gracefully wave. Hills and hillocks sturdily rest. But human minds oscillate and arbitrate. Life has become an entwined mystery where we search for others to hold us forward.
No man is an island. Man is a social animal and he has to live in society. You are independent, but you cannot live alone. I believe that life is a journey, often difficult or sometimes incredibly cruel. When life gets too hard to resist, offer your prayers to God, to be with you. Love your neighbour as yourself but not instead of yourself.
Having the right people around you is one of the most soothing and significant factors. We live amidst some people who are ready to be with us always. Whoever is in touch with you right now, just love them indiscriminately. The very air you breathe, the water you drink, and the land that you walk on are your neighbours. Loving a person who is next to you right now, irrespective of who he/ she is a tremendous challenge. It is easy to love our supreme Gods, for they are have become an ideal, perfect power in your mind. But to love your neighbour with all his weaknesses, problems and struggles takes strength, it takes heart.
Love your neighbour who may differ from you in opinion, appearance and contrary to your thoughts. Make them your fence; a fence of thoughtful and beautiful blossoms who never let you down. Let them harness the feeling of oneness that will lead them to shelter you at times of need.
We walk alone along the banks of the river, shores of the sea, but never ever the dawn of offering and accepting help crop up in our mind. Learn to embrace the pain that hard times of life give you. Learn from the pain and emerge from the burden of agony and march towards your destination. Holding the intimacy of your known ones, you can surpass hard trials. Your journey might seem very long and hard, but bear in mind that sooner or later, your struggles would become the past, and your rewards would become the present.
Nourish your minds with blissful thoughts to help your neighbour. When you become an ideal man, certainly does your neighbour too. You should be thankful that God has kept such good-hearted people around you to shoulder you when you are withered and are capable of helping when you are in need. It undeniably gives us a sense of satisfaction when we help others. What we give, we get it back. Let us strive to be good neighbours, hence they will make an effort to be true fellowmen.
