“It was an Op conducted over 5 days. Infiltration happened on April 1, it was detected immediately,” said Srinagar-based 15 Corps Commander Lt Gen BS Raju while speaking on Operation Rangdouri Behak where five Army troops lost their lives. One of the soldiers who took part in the encounter explained, while speaking to news agency ANI, on how team leader JCO Subedar Sanjeev Kumar and the jawans eliminated the terrorists in close quarter combat after they were face to face there.
