Kerala Prestitutes have another bite as a news appears that says an FIR was lodged in Bihar’s Muzaffarpur district against celebrities, including himself, for writing an open letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi voicing concern over the growing incidents of mob lynching. While the petition is filed by an individual and it is a court that accepted the same, Kerala media is trying to establish the news as a ‘shameful’ act condemning Modi Government.
In the letter the celebrities had stated that the lynching of Muslims, Dalits and other minorities must be stopped immediately, while stressing that there was “no democracy without dissent”. The letter said that “Jai Shri Ram” had been reduced to a “provocative war cry”. Responding to the news that the court has accepted the petition against celebrities writing the letter, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said the situation is such that all those speaking against PM Narendra Modi will be sent to jail. He also criticised the court for admitting the petition in this regard.
Major newspapers in Kerala while competing to publish stories that would create hatred among people against Prime Minister Modi, normally carries news on daily basis. This has a major influence on people who tend to reject even the developmental plans of BJP led government. Apart from this the newspapers are full of pro-left journalists’ handpicked stories of Northern India that portrays havoc in BJP ruling states.
