Taking a sharp jibe at the JMM-Congress government in Jharkhand, BJP president J P Nadda today said that they have turned Jharkhand as a byword for lawlessness.
He said, under their rule, naxalism has become widespread in the state and corruption has turned into an industry. Addressing state BJP leaders at a digital event to inaugurate party office in eight districts, Mr Nadda asked them to work democratically to remove the coalition government, which had come to power in last December.
Attacking the state government in Jharkhand, he said, the menace of naxalism, which was almost over, has become rampant . He charged that good governance has ended in the state because the government is weak and careless.
Mr. Nadda highlighted that BJP workers in Jharkhand provided meals to nearly 12 lakh 74 thousand people during the coronavirus-induced lockdown and distributed 27 lakh ration kits along with nearly 31 lakh face covers and eight lakh sanitisers.
