Shilajit is a sticky mineral found in the Himalayan mountains. It is formed over centuries from the combination of the intense pressure of plant material within rocks. Termed a miracle medicine, there are a number of people who promote wrong ideas of this potent medicine and its use.

Shilajit, a substance that has been a part of Ayurveda for 5000 years, originates from an altitude of 18000 feet in the Himalayas. When people hear Shilajit, they only think of a drug that increases potency and sexual performance. But Shilajit has many benefits. Before that, some misconceptions related to Shilajit need to be dispelled.

There is a misconception that Shilajit should be consumed in its raw and unprocessed form. It is wrong to believe that Shilajit loses its nutritional value when it is cleaned or refined. In fact, Shilajit should not be consumed in its unrefined and unprocessed form as it is highly toxic. Shilajit is a naturally occurring substance found within rocks that contains heavy metals such as lead, cadmium, arsenic, and other physical and chemical impurities. Eating unpurified Shilajit is extremely dangerous.

Many people misunderstand that Shilajit is a substitute for Viagra. Shilajit is no substitute for Viagra! Shilajit has the power to increase testosterone levels. But you can’t expect it to work like Viagra. It cannot replace Viagra. Viagra should only be taken after a doctor’s prescription. Shilajit is completely natural and has multiple benefits for the body. In addition to promoting sexuality, Shilajit promotes tissue regeneration and enhances cognitive function. You can benefit from glowing and healthy skin. Fertility will increase and heart health will improve.

Shilajit can claim many benefits like boosting brain health, helping in weight loss, anti-aging, boosting fertility, improving energy levels, strengthening muscles, heart health and boosting immunity.

It is advisable to ask your doctor for advice before taking Shilajit.
