The promo teaser of ‘Barroz’, the directorial debut of Mohanlal has been released. In the teaser, Mohanlal can be seen as the director and hero. The teaser was shared on the actor’s Facebook page.
Barroz’s character sketch was also released the other day, featuring Mohanlal and a girl in the poster. Filming for the movie, which was halted after the second wave of Covid, resumed today. As the filming was halted, the continuity of the film was affected. Earlier, Mohanlal had said that he would skip the entire filming so far.
The film is being made in 3D. Barroz is a ghost who is the guardian of D’Gama’s treasure. The central character of the movie is played by Mohanlal. The main location of the film is Goa. Mohanlal’s film is based on the story of Jijo Punnus, who directed ‘My Dear Kuttichathan’, India’s first 3D film. Produced by Antony Perumbavoor, the film is shot by Santhosh Sivan. Actor Prithviraj also plays an important role in the film.
