HOPE: Poem by Sonali Pal

Hope - Colorful Abstract Art By Sharon Cummings by Sharon Cummings Courtesy: Fine Art America

And I can say that I’m off!
Give me a sign, take my hand,
I’ll be fine!

Promise I’ll bounce back
‘Cause I know you can treat me better.
Their words cut deeper than a knife,
Now I need to breathe me
back to life!

I wanna follow hope
That pulls me enough and
Says don’t be afraid but
Picture everybody naked!
For you need to that there’s
Nothing holding you back!
