Angry with the killing of 20 Indian soldiers by the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) in Ladakh’s Galwan Valley, Hindu Sena on Tuesday defaced the signage outside the Chinese embassy at Panchsheel Park in the National Capital.
Hindu Sena activists shouted anti-China slogans and pasted a poster which reads: “Chin gaddar hai, Hindi cheeni bye bye” (China is a traitor and India-China bye bye) on Embassy of China sign board.
There has been growing anger against the Chinese. The Sangh Parivar organisations have also been campaigning for the boycott of Chinese goods. The campaign has rattled the Chinese so much that the Chinese official media outlet Global Times has written many editorials in a bid to convey that boycott of Chinese products would affect Indian economy more.
After the border clash, India claimed that 20 of its soldiers were killed while China has officially admitted one of its Commanding Officer was killed.
