Unni Mukundan’s ‘Meppadiyan’ was released a few days back. The actor had gained some weight for the role in the movie. Unni Mukundan is someone who pays close attention to his health.
The actor recently opened up on how he reached ninety-five kilos for the film and then manage to get back his lost shape.
“I have eaten a lot to get fat. Sadya was my main dish. I also ate a lot of local snacks. But I avoided junk food”, he said.
The actor said he struggled a bit to lose body fat.
“I can not even think of being fat. I’m scared if will fall catch some disease. I decided to burn my fat. I exercised for about an hour a day. I would eat seven times a day. That too little by little”, the actor said.
Unni Mukundan also revealed the advice he gave to actress Anu Sithara to lose fat. “I say the same thing to everyone. Good diet, sleep and exercise are all part of this. She is a person who wants to do all this. She is a person who dances well”, he said.
