Just be yourself. Let people see the real, imperfect, flawed,
Mandy Hale
quirky, weird, beautiful, magical person that you are.
The morning rays of Apollo brought the sunshine of cheer and hope. I was sitting near my window brooding over the new conundrums that ail my mind. The most intriguing question that gnawed me was the identity of an individual. We are in search of the real person behind this mortal body. Each one is conditioned by certain unwritten rules that govern and guide you. Don’t allow the rules to rule you.
Life has become a maze where one do not know how to tread forward. Life has brought such situations where we race from one ordeal to the other. Journey becomes nonstop and rigid. We forget to visualize the future and prepare ourselves for the posterity. Munificent and magnanimous people face a hell of incidents in their life. Trust and faith is broken; Hardship and hatred confuse us that we tumble down upon piled predicaments.
Accept yourself, your virtues, mistakes, flaws, faults; celebrate your strength, express your heart and mind. You are born an original. Be yourself and let things flow into your life. Be the first version of yourself. Not the second version of someone else. Never try to hide who you are. Always stand up for what you believe in. There is a reason for every mistake, every terrible thing that has happened to you. Rise from it. Revere the person in you, love the lofty ideals and spread the fragrance of positivity elsewhere.
You are powerful, pertinent and promising. Don’t become voiceless. Don’t pretend. You don’t want to impress anyone. Acknowledge your reality, practise honesty and own your outcomes. Value your competencies and don’t fear to get in your way. Love yourself and be yourself. Prove to the fraternity who never believed that you can. Taylor Swift said “Just be yourself. There is no one better”. Beauty begins the moment you decide to be yourself. The beauty of genuineness and veracity will shroud you.
We try to mask ourselves with varied notions. Sincerity vanishes and hypocrisy emerges. Let all evil surge; let all brethren follow; but you make an oath, never to sever your own self from your own silhouetted frames. The time to celebrate your self is too near. Each day marks your existence; existence of exuberance and existence of ecstasy.
Be yourself. Don’t die a copy.
