Absence of a legal privilege to enter into another’s property makes the trespass a criminal offence
Kerala has been at the forefront of history in Indian political scenario- be it when a EMS Namboodripad government of the Communist Party was elected decades ago or the ruin of its economic state owing to misrule by successive coalition and commie-led governments in saddle of power. So much so that despite boasting of a high literary rate and arguably the maximum number of Muslim Gulf workforce as well as Christian Non-Resident Indian deposits, the rate of unemployment has spiralled across the years. Today, the debate over ‘perception versus reality’ of the Mahabali-story revisited annually every Onam takes the centre stage with the mass-protests over the attempts of a professedly atheist woman, who along with a Muslim activist woman and another ‘Christian’ activist woman were trying to foment communal-riots in the guise of following a ‘mischievous’ court order declaring the grant of permission for all womenfolk to visit the sanctum sanctorum of the ancient temple of Lord Ayyappan.
The court order itself is ‘mischievous ‘ for it was instituted by a Muslim idle advocate who had no better thing than to violate the peace of an ancient and age-old practice. One wonders how the persons seated in the registry as well as seat of judgement allowed such a travesty and sacrilegious episode to happen in the first place.
Be that as it may, all this indignation of Hindu devout ought to have been displayed well before the contentious order was passed( especially when so called wily old fox netas were mumbling and turning a Nelson’s eye to the protestations of all-believing Hindu handles on Twitter and perhaps other social media platforms.
This saga is an encore of what actually destroyed the powerful existence of the world’s most ancient cultural heritage and religion of Spirituality labelled Hinduism by western chroniclers after they visited , studied and even landed shiploads of missionaries of Christianity on Indian shores. Why?
The trusting Hindu clan wait in either a firm blind belief in power of the Almighty or wake up from such slumber belatedly and after much damage is caused to them – for placing belief in their populist self-proclaimed leaders of Hindu ‘unity’.
Today too, television journalists and deadwood selfish politicians are the quislings who betrayed the Hindu nation.
The wickedness of the lot of leaders at helm of power who wield the judiciary and bureaucratic control has been exposed yet again.
The communist government of Kerala State needs to be dismissed immediately for a ‘breakdown of law & order’ that is visible in providing huge police escort to the ‘three rogue-women’ with army tunics and police headgear as well as unlimited limelight for their acts of brigandry as also bigotry with the constitution of India.
All Hindus of the world are outraged at the immodest acts of malfeasance and treason by the State government. Hindus in far away lands as Russia,USA, UK, Scandinavian countries,Africa,Australia and in Latin America are hurt at the passage of events in Kerala.
It is time for the Government of India to intervene now to take the necessary measures to avoid conflagration of the ‘communal’ disgust felt at the ineptitude and deafening silence of national heroes on the political scene.
So,which are the measures which can help restore the confidence of the people of India in the mighty rule of the Modi government and not end the epitome of Dharma ‘s reign in hearts of the voters by a karmic blunder ?
One feels the following steps can help assuage the hurt sentiments of every Hindu:-
One, promulgate an ordinance that no court or body can tinker with the ancient practices and traditions of a Hindu temple since all such age-old practices are not subservient to any constitutional or other whimsical thinking of mortal beings in seats of judgment or administrative power.
Two,let the review petition filed in the apex court be heard on a day today basis, without further ado.
Three, impose President ‘s rule in Kerala for various cumulative acts including belated arrest of molestor-Bishop and providing army tunics to steer walking protesting trio.
Four, let the absolute majority Parliament of India address the much heard cry for an uniform civil code : Mr.Modi can, in the least, pilot such a Bill for CCC and leave it to the August Houses to deliberate over it’s urgent necessity.
Fifth,Hindus should cease and desist from assuming a certain deadwood XYZ turncoat politician would become the saviour of Hindu Dharma ( when he has failed to adhere it in his own household arena ) or be timid in propping up a wiling and admired Shankaracharya as a sagacious leader for the cause of revival of Hindu Dharma in these turbulent times of anachronistic use of vacuous teens like ‘secularism’ and ‘judicial activism’.
A government elected by the people with a thumping majority has a bounden duty to use the spine and constitution as a nib of the pen of people-power as well as ‘sab k vikas:sab k saath’ which otherwise remains a mere empty slogan and which could well be the epitaph on the fallen ones!
Hinduism does not require activism for it surpasses will of the evil hordes. However,Hindus as the ‘first’ citizens of a nation formed by bifurcation of the motherland on lines of Muslim religion in 1947,deserve this proof of being Indian from the Government of Prime Minister Modiji!
Kerala of course has already sounded the death knell of communist outfits in India in the twin unsavoury incidents of shielding the rapist-Bishop and sponsoring the assault on privacy by trespassing trio(the ‘three -women’ had no legal privilege to abuse the perverse court ruling)!
Even if the Election Commission of India has no ability to declare any and all political outfits that subscribe to ‘communist ideology’ in an avowed ‘sovereign, socialist,
Kerala is a litmus-test more for the Government of India than for Hindus or the commies.
One only hopes that sanity and good governance actions in the coming days would make a statesman out of the much revered leadership in the current phase of Indian democracy!
All said and done, as the adage if the department of tourism declares-‘ Kerala is God’s own country!’ No mischievous orders or evil demagoguery can sully the beautiful psyche and spirit of Keralites. This should be remembered by all sides.
